1940s Steam Event Weekend

This popular weekend features many visiting groups of 1940s exhibitors, from the front line to the home front. From military displays and vehicles to cooking classes with rations, there’s something for everyone to get involved.

Steam trains will be pulling passengers carriages right into the action as well as the tractor and trailer rides. There is also an opportunity to do some vintage shopping with the stallholders.

The engine shed and museum showing our collection of vintage vehicles, engines and locomotives will be open for viewing as well as the huge model railway.

Yew Tree Farm School is fully open and offering lots to see and do such as animal talks/displays, cuddle corner and crafts. All this is included in the ticket price.
