News

We have had so much going on since our last newsletter and we have been attending lots of events as well and meeting many new users and partners over the last few months. We exhibited at Business Vision Live in May where we got to meet many Kent businesses. We were demonstrating how easy it is to use our app and how to update partner profiles on our website. The event was at the Kent County Showground in Detling, which proved to be a great venue for exhibitions and networking and much more. We will be returning there again next weekend for the Kent County Show on the 7th, 8th, and 9th July, so if you are attending, please feel free to come and say hi and enter our competition.

We also visited the Kent Food Fest at Little Elses in Sevenoaks. This was the second Food Fest we’ve attended, and it is always a great event. This year in addition to the great live music and delicious food, there was also a classic car show with some rare and beautiful cars on display.

Over the past few months, we’ve created many new partnerships with some amazing Kent businesses. We’d like to thank you all for your support and hope you are getting the most with your profile on the What’s on in Kent website. To help drive more business your way, make sure you are adding all of your regular and reoccurring events and telling your customers that you are on ‘What’s on in Kent’ website and mobile app.

Below is a list of partners who have come onboard since our last newsletter. Please check out their pages on our website and app for more information on each venue.

You may have seen our sponsored ads pop up on your feed from time-to-time. These ads have proved very effective in increasing both downloads and users on the app, but also page views on the website. We know that by continuing to do this it will help increase awareness for our partners to attract more customers.

We have recently started sending out push notifications to our users to notify them of important events going on in the Kent area, these notifications can be opted-in-to when downloading the app for the first time,we recommend having these turned on, so you don’t miss any important news, events, or competitions. If you want to send push notifications, then get in touch with the team to find out how.
