The Tenterden Folk Festival will be celebrating their 30th anniversary this year. Taking place from Thursday 5th to Sunday 8th October, with a mixture of concerts, barn dances, Morris dancing, craft fair and stalls, meet the guests and special guests. This fun filled festival is kicking off with a Thursday evening concert in the Tenterden Club. Featuring names such as Pete Coe, Peter Bellamy, The Young Tradition, Maddy Prior & Tim Hart. Followed by a variety of events and workshops over the weekend. Head down to the beautiful Kentish Tenterden highstreet where it will be filled with colourful and lively Morris dancers and folk dance groups from around the country.

Curtains Up! At The Sinden Theatre. Head to the theatre this October for the return of Curtains Up! For one day only this West End and Broadway show will be performed on the 7th October. 2:30pm & 7:30pm. At The Sinden Theatre in Kent. Sit back, relax an enjoy songs from the greatest musicals, from all time classics to modern smash hits. A show for all the family to enjoy. Spend the a few hours laughing, singing and even maybe a bit of dancing.

Sublime Sculpture Trail Safari at Leeds Castle Running until Sunday 8th October, make your way through the spectacular safari trial around the grounds of Leeds Castle in Kent. Harvest Tour at Gusbourne Estate. Something for the wine lovers. Step behind the scenes of Gusbourne Winery and get a taste for what happens during the grape harvest. During your tour taste the fully ripened grapes straight from the vine, before the bunches are picked and sent to the winery for pressing. You may even get to taste the freshly pressed juice which will become Gusbourne’s 2023 vintage.
