With spooky season upon us attractions around Kent are preparing for the scariest month of the year. With many events taking place this month there is something for everyone to enjoy. From pumpkin picking for the whole family, Halloween themed garden trails at places like Leeds castle and Hall Place. To spooky story readings and Halloween parties. Pick your Own Pumpkin in Ashford Kent. Whether you're searching for the perfect carving pumpkin or a unique decoration, head to Pick your own pumpkin in Ashford. All ages welcome and take part in their Golden pumpkin hunt for a chance to win your pumpkin for free. Just don't forget your wellies! £1-£10 per pumpkin Cheeseman’s Green Lace, Ashford Kent. Halloween at Leeds Castle This half term, a day out at Leeds Castle in Kent with friends and family will leave you spellbound. If you’re looking for places to go or things to do with the kids, Halloween at Leeds Castle is the place to be for tricks and treats. Get ready for ghosts, ghouls, pumpkins and a spooky adventure filled with twists and turns, and of course, lots of fun! 21st-29th October

Zoolab – Halloween Roadshow at Hall Place & Gardens Meet a variety of spooky creepy crawlies this halloween. Some slimy, some with fangs and pinchers and some that like to scuttle around in the dark! Drakes Cork & Cask Halloween Party Fancy some live music this halloween? Head down to Drakes Cork & Cask for a Halloween Party. Enjoy a fully decorated venue with live music acts and much more. Even taken part in their fancy dress competition! 28th October 9-11:30pm Free Entry

Halloween Horrors - Fort Amherst Known for their spooky Halloween attraction, doing things that no other scare attraction with do. Have the fright of your life at one of their Halloween Horror tours. All to raise money for charity. Fort Amherst have around 200 volunteers all dedicated to scaring you. Adult Tours - run every 10 minutes from 7pm - 10pm. - £30pp. Teen Tours - run every 10 minutes from 6pm - 6:50pm - £30pp. Children's Tours - run every 30 minutes from 11:30am - 3pm (or 2pm on the 26th Oct).- £20 per child. Adult/Teen tours available 20th, 21st, 22nd, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th October Child tours available 24th, 25th, 26th October Please be aware that this is this is an extreme Halloween event and may not be suitable for everyone.
