The Little Old Toll House

A glorious little cafe, right beside Allington Lock. It has stylish and comfortable chairs, with a choice of cushions. You can sit under the gazebo on the lock side in the shade or out in the sun. There is no indoor seating but the outside is so lovely you wouldn't want to sit inside everything is alfresco.

To find it walk north along the river bank from Kent Life or the Malta Inn or the Premier Inn and cross over the weir toward the little island in the middle of the River Medway. This is where this little cafe is situated, on an island right in the middle of the river.
