A Day Out For the Whole Family

Kenward Place is a hidden gem in Yalding, Kent; perfect for a day out for the whole family. Our Wellbeing Cafe serves delicious cakes, lunches and afternoon teas, Thursday - Sundays 11am - 3pm. Enjoy our variety of bookable experiences including alpaca trekking, archery and disc golf. After your chosen experience you can browse our handcrafted items in our gift shop or even take a wander around our Woodland Walk and fifteen acres of stunning grounds.

ACTIVITIES WE OFFER

Alpaca Experience Our Alpaca Experience is the best way to meet our herd of 8 beautiful alpacas, giving you an hour to meet, learn about and walk them across our fifteen acres of stunning Kent countryside.

Alpaca Meet & Greets Specially designed to cater for children aged under 10, these sessions allow young children to learn about the alpacas, spend some time with them, and even feed them!

Archery Are you the next budding Robin Hood? Come and test your archery skills at Kenward Place to find out! Enjoy a day at Kenward Place learning about the ancient sport of archery. This experience is great for all levels of ability, so come and learn how to become a master of archery.

Disc Golf Enjoy a round of Disc Golf at Kenward Place around our 15 acres of stunning Kent countryside! Kenward Place Disc Golf Course is located in Yalding, just 20 minutes from Maidstone, Kent. Choose between the 9 or 18 hole courses, which are laid out within our beautiful grounds.

Goats Experience Come to Kenward for our Goats Experience, and meet, feed, walk and pet our resident goats, Daffodil and Gertrude, whilst taking in the beautiful scenery here. Our goats are incredibly friendly, occasionally a bit cheeky and love being around humans. However, they are not keen on the rain, so if it's raining on the day you've booked, I'm afraid we'll have to reschedule!

Conference Rooms/Venue Hire Our conference rooms can host up to 90 people, within a countryside beautiful setting, this is an ideal way of reconnecting with your staff and focussing away from the daily office noise. We also host corporate away days, wellness retreat for businesses.

We also offer a variety of different sized meeting spaces, spanning from our Sinden room which is perfect for conferences and training days, through to our Greenacres office spaces ideal for meetings and team catch-ups.

Our kitchen offers lunch options including our most popular sandwich and fruit platters, as well as a finger buffet and a picnic box lunch.

About Kenward Trust All Kenward Place proceeds raised through these activities go directly towards supporting the work of Kenward Trust; a charity that provides support to those overcoming addiction, homelessness and crime.

Kenward Trust offers residential rehabilitation in Kent for those with alcohol and drug addiction issues, as well as supporting family and friends of those affected by addiction.
