Frasers is an eco-friendly country estate and hospitality venue who cater for weddings, private parties & corporate hospitality.

We are set in an idyllic location only an hour from London. Our accommodation is both historic and stylish blending seamlessly the ancient with the modern.

Our event-management and hospitality, combined with our award-winning sustainable tourism and farming practices engage and benefit both our visitor and local community.

Our guest experience is unique, offering valued customers a 'home from home' experience in the quintessentially, unspoilt Kent countryside.

We pride ourselves in sourcing as many ingredients as possible from our Estate and large kitchen garden, thereby minimising the food miles attributed to these ingredients - and creating a 'Field to Fork' initiative.

We have already implemented a range of measures in our path to carbon neutrality. The whole farm has been converted to a low-intensity grass system where Suckler-beef herds graze in the Summer and sheep graze in the Winter. The nitrogen inputs are minimal, hence, this is a highly sustainable and low-input method of farming. Any carbon emissions produced by the business are offset by the extensive grassland.

Frasers also offers unique, luxurious bedrooms situated in three beautiful period buildings; State-of-the art stylish Stags Barn, historic ragstone oast and converted former stable block. Nine of the suites are situated on ground floor level.

Stags Barn offers the ultimate luxury and flexibility in guest accommodation. With its four beautiful en-suite bedrooms and dining and relaxing for up to 20 guests. In conjunction with the bedrooms in The Oast and Pond Cottage up to 20 guests can be catered for overnight either on a room only, self-catering or fully serviced basis. The four bedrooms in Stags barn are Teal, Pheasant, Partridge and Mallard.

Situated in a 17th century ragstone oast house the Blenheim Suite takes you into a world of ultimate luxury and relaxation, while the Laxton and Russet Rooms are full of hidden charm for the ultimate in sumptuous relaxation.

Pond Cottage is a charmingly converted former stable block housing two rooms within the grounds of the main farmhouse. Pond Cottage is also available to hire on a self catering basis, boasting a fully fitted cottage kitchen and lounge/diner.
