About Me

  • My yoga teacher training took place on an organic farm in Eungella, Australia, within an eco-yoga community. What began as learning postures (asanas) became a profound journey of self-discovery. By stepping away from the fast pace of the Western world, I turned inward, uncovering and embracing my true essence. Yoga continues to shape the person I am today, and I feel called to share its beauty and therapeutic benefits—along with the healing power of nature—with my community.

Consultation

  • I offer consultations for individuals, workplaces, corporate clients, and secondary schools who want to bring yoga and nature into their environments. A free 30-minute call helps us explore your needs and create a tailored program:

  • Workplaces/Corporate – yoga and nature-based practices that enhance well-being and productivity.

  • Schools – online discussion plus an on-site visit to explore outdoor spaces for green wellness initiatives.

Yoga

  • I teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with a heart-centered approach that emphasizes self-care, self-love, and connection to the seasons. My classes are accessible for beginners while also catering to more advanced students through my background in gymnastics instruction. I guide public classes, outdoor yoga at campsites, corporate sessions, and programs in secondary schools—always tailoring to the needs of attendees.

Foraging

  • I lead beginner-friendly foraging walks that help participants connect with nature while learning to identify both edible and poisonous plants. We start simply with familiar plants like nettle, dandelion, and cleavers, building confidence and respect for the natural world. Foraging with me is about slowing down, observing, and appreciating nature’s abundance.

Forest Bathing

  • Forest bathing, or forest therapy, invites you to immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and scents of the woods. This practice reduces stress, boosts immunity, and fosters a sense of grounding through our natural affinity with nature. I offer 1:1 and group sessions at beautiful woodland sites, as well as tailored locations for corporate and private events. Forest bathing is about slowing down, noticing the details, and experiencing the healing energy of the forest.

  • The Art of Letting Go
