In our past we used caves for warmth, sanctuary and shelter. In our nomadic lives they gave protection from the elements; sanctums of peace for rest and recuperation. Safe places where we built social bonds, created art and formed our culture. Caves were the original hotels, where we defined our nature. Today a Cave Hotel is primal, authentic. FIREPIT
The Firepit is a contemporary, informal fine dining, sharing-plate experience. All the flavours of world cuisine meet and fuse in our indulgent, re-imagined menu. The smokey, barbecue aromas of the American west combine with the delicately spiced tastes of the far east to create ambitious dishes that excite the tastebuds and showcase the finest in global cooking.

THE KOREAN COWGIRL
Our Korean Cowgirl Restaurant provides a unique blend of Texas and Asian culture & cuisine. Come and experiences western dining for yourself.

THE COWGIRL LOUNGE
A sleek and sophisticated bar and restaurant right in the heart of Cave Hotel. Whether you are looking for pre-dinner cocktails, a light bite, or our Korean Cowgirl food, we have you covered. We wanted the Cowgirl Lounge to be a great place to unwind for some drinks before your dinner reservation, or even make the night of it here. Take a seat in our modern lounge area and choose from a mouth-watering list of cocktails. Come and see the new and exciting addition to Cave Hotels, pre-booking is advised!

THE DECK
Our beautiful decking area complete with stylish seating areas and firepits overlooks the golf course and is the perfect spot to while away an afternoon or an evening. Join us for a spot of lunch or dinner and indulge in delicious Korean Cowgirl dishes and mouth watering cocktails.

THERAPY POOL
Hot pools differs from swimming pools simply because they are super heated this means you can indulge in the warmth whilst benefiting from health benefits . The water temperature is usually 33–36ºC.

GYM
Our gym is arranged around the unique aesthetic that characterises Cave, we wouldn’t claim it is the largest gym in the county, but what it lacks in size it makes up in quality and equipment. Set up for general fitness rather than gym bunnies, we hope you enjoy a nice workout followed by a relaxing spa break.

IN ROOM BEAUTY TREATMENTS
Relax and unwind in the comfort of your own bedroom! Here at Cave, we provide a fully qualified Reflexologist and Massage Therapist with over 20 years’ experience. All treatments are consultative and are tailored to your preferred requirements. Your preferences will be established before treatments commence allowing your treatment to be entirely bespoke to you and your needs.

WEDDINGS
Your wedding day is special and we want to make it a memorable occasion for you, your family and friends. Cave is perfect for wedding ceremonies and receptions, it can accommodate up to 100 guests for a wedding breakfast and 150 guests for the evening reception. Our grounds make for the perfect backdrop for photos, and Cave’s 41 bedroom hotel enables the wedding party to stay the night really making the most of the festivities.

GOLF
