The What’s on in Kent Web and Mobile App is the ideal platform for bringing customers and businesses together quickly and easily. There is no contract to sign, just a simple low monthly fee and the first month is completely free.

As a local business ourselves we believe in being as open and easy as possible to deal with! It's also why we make sure that it is easy to cancel, with no contract and you can cancel at any time and all we ask is that you give us 30 days notice. All you have to do is click a button and it will automatically apply 30 days notice to your account and cancel any future payments.

We also offer a series of bolt ons that you can have to make your life easier, these range from promotional videos to having us do all the set-up for you. These are truly optional and are explained when you are setting up your account.

For Partners

If you are a Pub, Restaurant, Café, Hotel, Golf course or other venue, you can list all your information such as Photos, Menu’s, Videos, about us, opening times, contact details, directions and many more features and benefits.

You can also advertise any “events” that you may be hosting, such as live music, Gin tasting, Cocktail nights, comedy nights, Paella evening or whatever event you are hosting, this is the place to showcase it!

If you are hosting any “recurring events” such as Quiz nights, or Steak nights, Fish & Chips, Pie & Pudding, Curry night, 2 for 1 meal’s etc, the platform is easy to use, so that you can upload and change any information quickly and easily.

The cost for all of the above is only £30.00 per month.

Finally, we do ask that you set up your payment method before you get started, this saves you any risk of forgetting to pay in the future and your profile and events not being visible.

Bolt ons

We offer a number of bolt ons designed to just make your lives easier, here's what we can do for you:

Initial Set Up Service - £50.00

This service provides you with all the features and benefits of the Standard service but the what's on team create everything for you.

Social Media Service - £200.00

This is a service where we will create content and posts including photos across Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. We will create an ad and post it on your behalf each day showing one advert per day sharing between the 3 different social media platforms for 5 days each week across the whole month. This is an excellent way of showcasing any events or reoccurring events and to increase your following and customers.

Video creation Service - £250.00

We can create your very own video to showcase your pub or restaurant using images, text, video footage and music. Let people see your food or dining or outside areas so people know what to expect and why they should visit.

Drone Video Service - £250.00

We can provide a drone service to show off your venue, property or estate and showcase what you can provide to visitors. With prices starting from only £250.00 why not get in touch to see what we can provide for you.

Social Media & Blog Promotion Service - £250.00

We understand that venues often do not have the time to promote their events fully and employing extra staff to do this can be very expensive. We provide a service where we create your events and promote them on the App and on social media including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

We can also write blogs for our partners to engage with our users and also create more awareness. We can look at the various activities and things that you do so we can promote what you have going on there.

For Local Service Providers

We believe in bringing local people and local businesses together so you can put your profile online for everyone to see, add photos, opening times as well as a description of all the work that you can do.

The platform is easy to use, so that you can upload and change any information quickly and easily.

We can create your very own video with images, text, video & music showcasing your business. This video will be 30-60 seconds in length and will also help google rankings. We can also provide a more detailed service if you require it where we can take drone footage and film at your location. Prices are dependent on industry sector and what you require.
