Bidden Tractor Fest

Biddenden Tractorfest is being held in the fields of Holden Farm, Biddenden, over the weekend of 17th & 18th August 2024. A fun day out for all the family, this will be the 10th year that the event has been held, run entirely by volunteers and with the support of registered charity, the Kent County Agricultural Society. While tractors remain the central attraction, with over 200 expected to exhibit over the weekend, there are plenty of stalls, vehicles, demonstrations, children’s entertainment, animals and arena displays to entertain both young and old! Pair this with enticing food & drink, live music and so much more to see and do, and there is all that is needed for a fun, family day out in the Kent countryside.

Alongside a vast display of vintage tractors, there will be steam engines, horticultural machinery, stationary engines, classic cars, motorcycles, emergency vehicles and military vehicles. And if that’s not enough, there will be the chance to meet and buy direct from a specially curated selection of local businesses, producers, charities, organisations, makers and crafters with their stands set up for the whole weekend.

Arena demonstrations will include falconry, gun dog displays and morris dancing with tractor rides running all day plus chainsaw carving, have a go archery, axe throwing, face painting and much more to see and do throughout the weekend. Plus the fantastic trailer stage will be returning, showcasing music from local bands and groups and providing the soundtrack to your weekend. There will also be arena displays from many of the vehicles exhibiting, including tractors, horticultural machinery and, always a favourite, emergency vehicles.

As well as providing a summer day with nostalgic sights & sounds, Biddenden Tractorfest aims to raise funds to support local & agricultural charities, groups & organisations as well as support the Kent County Agricultural Society’s charitable activities. More information on previous donations may be found on Biddenden Tractorfest’s website.
