Flower Hammering & Natural Dye Workshop

New workshop alert! An introductory session to the Japanese art of tataki-zome or flower hammering with eco florist and British flower farmer, Donna Sellick of Busybblooms. Take inspiration from the beautiful flowers and plants around you in our relaxing charity garden in East Malling. You will learn how to transfer the colours from leaves and flowers to create patterns on fabric or paper. You will be invited to gather your own botanical ingredients from our beautiful garden to create an individual design on a take home mini tote bag. You will also try your hand at producing some beautiful naturally dyed ribbons to take home too.
