Spring is one of the most beautiful and exciting times of the year here at Brogdale Collections. The trees are bursting with blossom and the hum of bees fills the air. What better way to spend the day than on a family picnic in the beautiful surroundings of the blossom-covered orchard! Bring your favourite teddy bears to share your picnic and to join in with crafts, songs and stories.

The arrival of blossom is celebrated across the world and in Japan it is known as ‘Hanami’ which means ‘flower viewing’. Blossom symbolizes the welcoming of spring and a time to wonder at the natural beauty of the world around us. Here at Brogdale you can experience that same feeling of immersing yourself in this special time of the year by walking through the 3,200 varieties of blossoming apples, pears, cherries and plums. How many different shades of pink can you find?

Lots of fun for everyone!

There are lots of activities to keep your little ones engaged and amused.

Head out through the orchards with your teddy bears and try and match the different shades of pink blossom, from delicate pastels to vibrant pinks, as you follow the blossom walk.

Join us with your Teddys at the picnic area to get crafty with some blossom themed activities to create and take home with you. Come and listen to stories, sing teddy themed songs and join us for Teddy Bear Parachuting! Plenty of fun for you and your Teddys.

Additional child £7.50

Additional adults can purchase a day pass from the Tiddly Pomme shop on the day.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Dogs are strictly not allowed to enter the orchards at any time.

Brogdale has a farm shop and café on site. (All closed on Mondays)

Brogdale has unlimited free parking & accessible toilets.
