Women's Woodland Gathering

Step into the woods for an afternoon of reconnection, relaxation and repair. This special event is hosted by three practitioners, collaborating to provide forest bathing, outdoor massage and nature crafts under the trees. This event is located in a private and secluded woodland in Cranbrook, Kent.

Forest bathing with Claire Claire is a yoga teacher, wild food forager, and certified forest bathing guide. Her work invites people to reconnect with themselves and the natural world through mindful movement, seasonal wisdom, and sensory awareness.

On the day, Claire will gently guide you through a forest bathing experience—a calming, immersive journey designed to awaken your senses and deepen your connection to nature. Through simple invitations and quiet moments, you’ll begin to see the woodland with fresh eyes, tuning in to the subtle rhythms, sounds, and textures all around you.

Forest bathing is not about doing, but about being. This practice offers you a chance to slow down, arrive fully in the present moment, and respond to the land with openness and curiosity.

Massage with Becky Becky is a Swedish Massage therapist offering a variety of treatments. She is part of the practitioner team at Biddenden Family Chiropractic located at Bloomsbury’s Biddenden, and regularly works remotely, with home visits, festivals and events across the Kent/Sussex border.

On the day, Becky will be providing relaxing 10-15 min massages under the trees in the woodland. Laying snug and warm with a weighted blanket outdoors in nature receiving a Head, Neck & Hand Massage. This invites an opportunity to slow down, take deeper breaths and re-connect to ourselves again.

Nature crafts & campfire cooking with Alex Alex is a Forest School trained educator who provides opportunities for children, families and adults to experience time in nature, learning traditional skills and taking a moment to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. She is primarily based in a private and secluded woodland in Cranbrook, Kent and offers regular workshops, foraging walks and women’s wellbeing sessions.

On the day Alex will be providing you the opportunity to take part in some ancient craft activities including rock wrapping and cordage making. These activities will give the busiest of brains some focus and clarity.

We will be cooking some wild soup and bread over the campfire to share before the end of the session.
