Step into the calm of Lympne Castle and enjoy an evening dedicated to books, quiet moments, and good company. Bring along your current read and settle in beside one of our roaring fires, or find a peaceful corner to unwind. Food and drink will be available throughout the evening, and conversation is entirely optional.

18:00 – Welcome to The Good Knight Arrive, order food or drinks if you wish, and spend time chatting with fellow book lovers before choosing your perfect reading spot.

19:00 – Silent Reading Hour Enjoy an hour of uninterrupted reading in beautiful and historic Lympne Castle.

20:00 – Wind Down Last orders for food, continue reading, socialise with other readers, or make your way home at your leisure.

21:00 – The Good Knight closes.

Free to attend and no booking required. Just bring a book and make yourself at home.
