About us

We are the oldest pub in Maidstone conveniently situated close to the river and town centre. We have a Jam Night every Tuesday Evening and Live Bands every Friday and Saturday evening. On Sundays sometimes we have solos, duos and original bands. We are open 7 days a week and serve food 6 days a week. We offer a selection of guest ales as well as fine wines. Here at Drakes, we are dog friendly and we have a pool table, dartboard and board games. We take pride in our presentation and customer service and work hard to create a welcoming, friendly and fun atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. Throughout the year we put on events such as Bikefest, Christmas and Easter Markets, Halloween Party, Christmas and New Year's Eve Parties, Summer BBQ'S, Festivals and more.
