First of all, thank you if you have signed up to our service and created your own profile! We find that the businesses who add to their profile regularly, with fresh content, what they have going on and special offers will get the best out of it!

Here’s some of our top tips on how to make the most out of the What’s on in Kent App:

  1. Add photos, a logo and videos to your profile. Make sure the phots bare good quality and the correct size. Have a good photo of the outside of your business so people can recognise where they are going. This adds a visual appeal and attracts people to visit your establishment. If you are holding any special events then have a good photo of this too so people can instantly see what event you are hosting.

  2. Fill out the about section. This is where you promote yourself to our app users! Include a bit about your organisation for example; when you were founded and what you do and what you specialize in, or areas of expertise!  Make sure your contact details and address are up to date so people can get in touch.

  3. Add keywords to help our app users find you easily! Such as ‘pub’ or ‘restaurant’, ‘dog friendly’, Sunday roasts, for example.
