Take part in our wellbeing sessions where you will have the opportunity to learn about nature, growing food while enjoying the benefits of gardening. This is a weekly session to highlight the benefits of spending time in nature. Activities are suitable for all abilities. These sessions are for people over 55 and young people with a long term health condition. The sessions involve gentle gardening activities and give participants the opportunity to spend time outdoors while enjoying a cup of tea and cake.
