The evening kicks off with welcome drinks and canapés from 7pm, allowing you to mingle and savour the atmosphere before the main dining experience beings. From 7.30pm, all the dishes are crafted individually and served simultaneously to ensure a synchronised culinary delight. Throughout the evening, our knowledgeable wine expert will personally present each wine course, offering valuable insights and enhancing your understanding of wine and food pairings.
